Why I Do This
After years of watching companies struggle with chaotic hiring, posting jobs last minute, interviewing without structure, losing great candidates to slow decisions, I realized most businesses don't need a headhunter. They need someone to fix how they hire.
I work as a Recruiter-on-Call: a fractional talent partner who brings the strategic oversight of a Head of Talent to businesses that can't justify (or don't need) that full-time role.
